1255H Series Hydraulic Adapter, Hexagonal SAE O-Ring Plug - Configure your measurements

The Dixon 1255H Series is the ultimate solution for plugging or blocking ports in modern hydraulic components. Unlike NPT plugs that rely on thread deformation to seal (and often leak with vibration), this plug uses the SAE ORB (O-Ring Boss) system. Sealing is achieved by a high-quality O-Ring located at the base of the thread. When the plug is tightened, the O-Ring compresses against the port's chamfer, creating an elastic, airtight barrier unaffected by pressure cycles or machinery vibrations.
