Elbow 90° Danfoss Waltech P-WEV Series

Danfoss Waltech® 90° Elbow — P-WEV Series. High-engineered component for 100% leak-free couplings in high-pressure hydraulic systems, between metric steel pipes and the ports of valve blocks, cylinders, and manifolds.

Supplied as a factory-assembled integral kit, ready for mounting: body with pre-installed seals, metric retaining nut, and precision cutting ring (ferrule) that holds the tube and forms a permanent seal.

The structural steel body is protected with the Guardian Seal coating, with over 1,000 hours of resistance against red rust.

Available thread types:

• BSPP (European thread, DIN-ISO 228): cylindrical thread with soft elastomer gasket (WD seal) that absorbs micro-vibrations and prevents torque loss.
• NPT (American thread, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1): conical thread that seals by metal-to-metal mechanical interference when tightened.
