Danfoss Waltech GES Series Straight Connector

Danfoss Waltech® Straight Connector — GES Series. A high-engineered component for 100% leak-free couplings in high-pressure hydraulic systems, between metric steel tubing and the ports of valve blocks, cylinders, and manifolds.

Supplied as a factory-assembled integral kit, ready for mounting: body with pre-installed seals, metric retaining nut, and precision cutting ring (ferrule) that grips the tube and forms a permanent seal.

The structural steel body is protected with Guardian Seal coating, offering over 1,000 hours of resistance against red rust. Also available in stainless steel (1.4571) in selected sizes.

Available thread types:

• BSPP (European thread, DIN-ISO 228): cylindrical thread with a soft elastomer gasket (WD seal) that absorbs micro-vibrations and prevents torque loss.
• NPT (American thread, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1): tapered thread that seals by metal-to-metal mechanical interference when tightened.
• UNF / UN-ORB (SAE thread, SAE J514): straight thread with O-ring face seal, common in North American-made equipment.
• Metric (DIN): metric thread for port according to ISO 6149 / DIN.
