The GH493 is a 4-spiral steel hose specifically designed to comply with the European standard EN 856 4SH. It is the standard hose for high-power hydraulic systems in European machinery (such as Liebherr, Bauer, or drilling equipment). Its main advantage over other 4-spiral hoses is that it maintains higher pressures in large diameters.

Construction and Materials

• Inner Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber (Nitrile).

• Reinforcement: 4 spirals of very high tensile steel wire.

• Outer Cover: DURA-TUFF™ synthetic rubber.

  • Note: Like previous families, it features this premium cover, which resists abrasion much better than the standard, ideal for constant rubbing in heavy machinery.
