FC500 Premium Basic Hydraulic Hose, High Pressure, 4-Wire Spiral X-Flex Configure Your Dimensions

The FC500 is a spiral hydraulic hose designed to solve difficult routing problems. Its star feature is that it has half the bend radius (1/2 SAE Bend Radius) of a standard hose in its category.

Construction

• Inner Tube: Synthetic rubber (Nitrile) compatible with biodegradable oils and petroleum derivatives.

• Reinforcement:

  • 4 steel spirals of high tension for diameters up to 1" (or 1-1/2" depending on the exact series).

  • 6 steel spirals for the 2" diameter (Dash -32), to maintain safety at 5,000 PSI.

• Cover: DURA-TUFF technology provides 7 to 8 times greater abrasion resistance than a standard rubber cover.
