The GH195 is a 2-wire braid hydraulic hose specifically designed for high-temperature and difficult fluid applications. It uses a proprietary compound called AQP (advanced elastomer) instead of standard rubber.

Construction and Materials (The "AQP" Key)

• Inner Tube: AQP Elastomer (CPE - Chlorinated Polyethylene).

  • Advantage: Unlike standard Nitrile (NBR), CPE is chemically superior. It withstands oxidized oils, mild acids, and coolants without degradation.

• Reinforcement: 2 braids of high-tensile steel wire. Provides pressure resistance and meets the safety requirements of 2-wire braid standards.

• Outer Cover: Blue AQP Elastomer

Applications and Common Uses

1. Engine Compartments: In trucks, buses, and heavy machinery where radiant engine heat bakes normal black hoses.

2. Plastic Injection Systems: Hydraulic lines close to hot molds.

3. Steel and Foundry Industry: Where ambient temperature is extreme.

4. Air Compressors: Hot oil discharge lines (where oil oxidizes and attacks normal rubber).
