Danfoss Waltech Series VS-R Plug

Danfoss Waltech® Plug — VS-R Series. High-engineering component for 100% leak-free couplings in high-pressure hydraulic systems, between metric steel tubing and the ports of valve blocks, cylinders, and manifolds.

Supplied as a factory-assembled integral kit, ready to install: body with pre-installed seals, metric retaining nut, and a precision cutting ring (ferrule) that grips the tube and forms a permanent seal.

The structural steel body is protected with Guardian Seal coating, providing over 1,000 hours of resistance against red rust.

Available thread types:

• BSPP (European thread, DIN-ISO 228): cylindrical thread with a soft elastomer seal (WD seal) that absorbs micro-vibrations and prevents torque loss.
